Basic Information lion
Students who are looking at brushing up on all of their basic algebra and graphing skills should go to http://www.purplemaths.com/modules/ and work through the lessons there. There is advice on the order in which lessons should be attempted at http://www.purplemaths.com/modules/ordering.htm

At http://www.aces.mq.edu.au/education/students/algebra/index.htm there is a series of algebra topics. It is designed for Year 10 and 11 students but would certainly be suitable for someone who hasn't studied maths for a long time. It covers addition and subtraction of like terms, substituting into a formula, the distributive law and difference of two squares. It says it also looks at cubics and fractions but the pages are empty. Some of the links to the answers don't work properly but you can see the answers, if not the graphics.

The pdf document from http://tutorial.math.lamar.edu/pdf/Algebra_Cheat_Sheet.pdf has 4 pages of useful formulas and common errors. The lessons at http://tutorial.math.lamar.edu/pdf/Algebra_Cheat_Sheet.pdf are also excellent although some of the material is more advanced than you will require and it moves very quickly.
